Since making Danzante Bay my home, I have been captivated by how our architecture harmonizes with the natural surroundings. Each structure is a tribute to the land, with spacious designs, large windows, and materials that speak of sustainability and respect for the environment. It’s a style that embodies comfort and beauty, seamlessly merging indoor luxury with the natural world outside.


Each home has been designed by Kevin B. Howard, an award-winning architect with a international reputation for designing in the desert. He has masterfully combined a disciplined, modern aesthetic with native materials and color palettes to create residences that perfectly fit their surroundings. Working with interior designer Adrienne Gamba, they have incorporated every imaginable luxury for contemporary active living.
