Homeowners Beach Club

Where the calm, lapping waters of Danzante Bay meet the sand is a place to gather. The Homeowner's Beach Club is the starting point for adventure, or relaxation, for our owners and our community. Here is the place to grab a paddleboard or kayak for a morning on the water. Enjoy fresh-caught fish tacos and hand crafted cocktails at the restaurant and bar. Bring your tennis shoes for some competition on the tennis and pickleball courts. Children's programming will have the kids and grandkids connecting with the natural beauty at Danzante Bay and the Islands of Loreto.

The Water

The sea is calling. Dance with it. Sheltered, calm and teeming with life, Danzante Bay waits to be explored. Listen to only the splash of your oars and the cry of a cormorant on a kayak. Slide through the water (then stop for snooze) on a paddle board. Toast the sunset aboard a catamaran. The exploration is endless.

The Mountains

Here the mountains melt into the sea. Climb almost any ridge line and marvel at the majestic beauty enveloping you. Take in the vistas around Danzante Bay, and the mountains with a hike into the desert wonders. A 6-mile trail currently circles the property, with smaller trails branching off into secluded canyons and water vistas. The contrasts are beyond compare. In less than an hour, you can walk from the lush fairways into mountains that look like Moab, and return to splash in the sea. Do it all.

The Resort

The luxurious Villa del Palmar at the Islands of Loreto is the backdrop for our real estate community, providing infrastructure and a host of amenities for our villa owners. From the world-class golf course to restaurants and recreation, all of its offerings are for you to enjoy, and more are being added every day.

The World's Aquarium

~ Jacques Cousteau

The sun dances across mountains and sea in an ever-changing theater, creating an enveloping sundial that reminds us of the importance of spending our limited time in this world in a place that matters – one that inspires while nourishing the soul. The Baja asks us to rethink our definitions of a life well-lived as it offers endless beauty, tranquility and warmth. For those who adopt its poetic grandeur, it promises a lifetime of discovery as a reward.

Danzante Bay at the Islands of Loreto is the distillation of this ethos. Bounded by Baja’s majestic Sierra de la Giganta mountain range and the Sea of Cortez, this remarkable community stands as a lush oasis against the area’s diverse geology. Red rock cathedrals suggest Sedona, while cactus-dotted desert landscape is reminiscent of the Coachella Valley. At times, it’s easy to feel lost in the canyons and peaks, but for the sparkling waters of the Bahía de Loreto National Park on the horizon – a reserve so rich in marine life that Jacques Cousteau referred to its waters as “the world’s aquarium.” The Gulf of California offers infinite waterways to explore above and below the surface of the sea.
